EDUCATION & TRAINING

Education and training is one of the key remits of the Hand Engravers’ Association in our bid to ensure the survival of the craft for future generations. We are approaching this on two essential fronts: firstly, to ensure that apprenticeship opportunities are available for young persons wishing to join the trade; and secondly, to ensure that courses and seminars are available for post-apprentices, metalsmithing graduates, and craft professionals to develop and further existing skills, learn new skills, and invest in their own continued professional development.
