Samantha Marsden specialises in pictorial work and portraits in silver and gold, but also does gun engraving. Samantha did her pre-apprenticeship in engraving at Sir John Cass before going to an apprenticeship under George Lukes, with whom she eventually went into partnership for several years before going out on her own. Samantha is the only woman to have won the Jacques Cartier Award on two occasions.
