Simon Lytton has been engraving since he left school in the 1970’s. Having started his career at Sir John Cass College, he spent the next 12 years working for the Gunmaker James Purdey & Sons.

Simon then went to Canada and the United States to work in the gun trade for several years. Whilst in Canada he became interested in engraving Hand Made Knives & since returning to England in the 1980’s, he has continued to engrave hand made Knives as well as guns & jewellery & other items that are offered to him to work on.
